What you’ll do (Key responsibilities)

  • Maintain product databases, specifications, pricing, and portfolio information so internal systems and customer-facing materials remain accurate (website, ERP, collateral).
  • Help develop scientific and technical content: white papers, posters, presentations, application notes, brochures, protocols, product guides, training resources, and FAQs.
  • Translate technical material into customer-facing content for email campaigns, social media, third-party initiatives, and sales enablement.
  • Support product lifecycle activities including updates, portfolio maintenance, and cross-functional product-data initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive products; summarize insights that inform positioning and product strategy.
  • Assist with product launches and go-to-market activities: launch planning, promotional content, internal communications, and sales tools.
  • Support digital and traditional marketing tasks such as product page updates and basic SEO/content maintenance.
  • Help prepare for conferences, webinars, and customer events, including promotional materials and event logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with scientific, commercial, and cross-functional colleagues on product marketing and product management projects.

Who we’re looking for (Required qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, life sciences, biopharma, scientific communications, or related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize technical information into clear customer-facing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market/customer/sales information and produce actionable insights.
  • Creative approach to developing clear, engaging scientific messaging.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in learning new skills and taking on responsibilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred qualifications

  • Laboratory or research experience with cell culture, molecular biology, transfection, nucleic-acid delivery, drug delivery, or related life-sciences methods.
  • Familiarity with cell & gene therapy, viral-vector production, lipid nanoparticles, bioprocessing, or biopharmaceutical research.
  • Experience producing scientific content—presentations, posters, application notes, or technical communications.
  • Exposure to product marketing, product management, competitive research, SEO, or digital content development.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Working onsite supports hands-on collaboration with scientific and commercial teams central to this developmental role. Approximately 5%–10% travel is expected for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
