What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager to lead discovery, define strategy, and own the roadmap for the Worker domain — the set of features that manage individuals working on job sites for contractor organizations. You will be the link between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams and will help ensure product investments deliver measurable customer and business value.

  • Lead product discovery and gather requirements directly from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and quarterly roadmap priorities.
  • Own and maintain a shared roadmap and communicate priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
  • Manage the product backlog: write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting requirements documentation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement) and support user acceptance testing.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers on technical trade-offs and planning; surface and prioritize technical debt.
  • Produce customer-facing product collateral and internal enablement materials for Sales and Client Success.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be successful in this role if you can work autonomously with customers, write clear product requirements, and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Proven experience leading product discovery, customer-facing requirements gathering, and roadmap development.
  • Strong backlog management skills — writing crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements docs.
  • Ownership mentality: comfortable working directly with clients and translating findings into actionable product direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to explain complex or technical concepts simply.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, and Client Success.
  • Adaptable and resilient: able to manage shifting priorities and deliver results in a changing environment.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working on SaaS products used in regulated or safety-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven product decisions and user research practices.
