Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Product Manager to own the commercial success of VibVue and related camera-based solutions (including TrakVue). This full-time role combines direct business development with product strategy: you will sell and demonstrate the product, build reseller and channel networks, translate customer feedback into prioritized product requirements, and coordinate technical, software, and support teams to deliver reliable customer experiences from first demo through renewal. This position is based in Hanover Township, NJ.

What You’ll Do

  • Define target markets, use cases, account plans, pricing recommendations, and quarterly priorities for product sales, rentals, subscriptions, and service-based deployments.
  • Lead qualified customer and partner opportunities through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation support, and close — working with account owners.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and review resellers and channel partners; maintain visibility into partner activity, pipeline, and results.
  • Sell and demonstrate VibVue/TrakVue solutions directly to customers and support partner-led demonstrations.
  • Design and operationalize the VibVue-as-a-Service commercial model including monitoring, analysis, reporting, subscription, and renewal workflows.
  • Gather customer, reseller, field, and support feedback; translate input into prioritized product requirements and recommend roadmap trade-offs.
  • Coordinate product launches, demos, training, documentation, and onboarding with Engineering, IT, and Marketing.
  • Ensure commercial promises and proposed features receive technical and delivery review before committing to customers.
  • Track pipeline, bookings, recognized revenue, channel contribution, renewals, pricing, and service pull-through for both product and recurring services.
  • Monitor product economics and support burden, and recommend changes to packaging, pricing, or channel approach.
  • Work with Business Operations on kit availability, purchasing, shipment, inventory records, and order status while owning customer commitments and product priorities.
  • Work with Finance and compliance owners to maintain product records required for export obligations and royalties; escalate compliance issues appropriately.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with vibration analysis, video-based motion analysis, motion magnification, rotating equipment, reliability, or industrial diagnostics.
  • Experience launching products or managing subscriptions/recurring services and reseller agreements.
  • Engineering or other technical degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, technical business development, or commercial leadership for industrial hardware, software, or technology-enabled services.
  • Ability to sell and demonstrate technical products and to build a qualified pipeline through both direct and partner channels.
  • Strong track record translating customer needs into actionable product and service requirements.
  • Strong commercial analysis, written communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain clear ownership of customer follow-through.

Key Success Measures

  • Growth in VibVue and TrakVue bookings and revenue, including recurring services and renewals.
  • Productive partner-sourced opportunities and measurable channel revenue.
  • Documented MSI and UPS (or equivalent) service pull-through from product engagements.
  • Improved adoption, customer onboarding metrics, product-market fit, and economic visibility.
