About the Role

Product Manager – Supply Chain & Warehousing (Atlanta, GA | Hybrid, 3 days onsite) — Contract

As the Product Manager for Supply Chain & Warehousing, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of logistics and warehouse management product capabilities used to optimize distribution, fulfillment, and carrier/transport operations. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and integration partners to deliver scalable solutions (WMS/TMS integrations, analytics, automation) that drive measurable operational improvements.

This is a contract role based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work model (onsite approximately 3 days per week). Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to the Atlanta-area office as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain and warehousing solutions — discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Serve as the primary business representative for Supply Chain initiatives; prioritize work based on business value and measurable impact.
  • Define product vision, requirements, and roadmaps in partnership with engineering, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead discovery and validation activities (user research, process mapping, data analysis) to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in supply chain planning, reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate integrations with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and 3rd-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI, automation, predictive analytics, advanced reporting) to increase product competitiveness.

What We’re Looking For (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of product management experience with a proven record of delivering successful products.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the supply chain domain, with strong focus on warehousing and distribution.
  • Deep familiarity with product development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and value realization across enterprise products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate complex operational contexts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience working within cross-functional Agile product teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work onsite in Atlanta per the hybrid schedule.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or other supply chain technology platforms.
  • Familiarity applying AI, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics to supply chain operations.
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.

Why You’ll Like This Role

  • High-impact opportunity to shape supply chain product strategy and roadmap for enterprise logistics.
  • Cross-functional role collaborating with engineering, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Chance to deliver measurable operational improvements (throughput, accuracy, cost-to-serve) by combining domain expertise and modern technology.
  • Contract role with clear objectives and the flexibility to influence roadmap direction.
