What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Product Manager role on a remote-first product team building hiring and recruiting products. You'll work with senior PMs, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to turn user problems into shipped features and measurable outcomes.
- Support product discovery: conduct user research, analyze feedback, and track competitor trends to inform decisions.
- Help maintain the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and prepare sprint plans with engineering.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives).
- Track product metrics and create dashboards using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Run lightweight user testing, gather qualitative feedback, and validate assumptions.
- Coordinate launches and communicate release notes to internal and customer-facing teams.
- Provide product support to sales and customer success by clarifying feature behavior and collecting insights.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in product, business analysis, internships, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate user needs into clear stories.
- Self-directed and organized in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Comfortable learning product tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
- Internship or project experience with product discovery or user research.
- Familiarity with product analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) or A/B testing.
- Exposure to recruiting, HR tech, or marketplaces.
- Experience drafting product specs or running usability sessions.
