What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager to join the Agreement Manager Data Onboarding team. You will help define and deliver the next generation of enterprise document and data ingestion experiences for Agreement Manager, a leading intelligent agreement management platform. This is an individual contributor product role partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Data Science.

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging customer needs around data centralization and agreement management
  • Analyze user journey and usage data to produce actionable insights and prioritize work
  • Brainstorm, scope, and prioritize high-impact features that unlock customer value
  • Evaluate best practices for bulk data migration, automated document categorization, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Create prioritized product requirements and drive cross-functional execution from discovery through delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to measure outcomes and iterate on product improvements

Qualifications

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • Prior internship or work experience in product management, strategy, consulting or related fields
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, document workflows, or enterprise data management
  • Experience with user research, analytics, or data-driven product discovery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience working cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams

Location & Work Model

  • Hybrid — access to an office location is required. Typical expectation: minimum 2 days per week in-office (team-specific cadence may vary).
  • This posting is for San Francisco, CA.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay for this position is determined by multiple factors including geographic location, experience, and market data.

California base salary range (provided by the client):

  • $97,100 – $141,150 per year

This role is also eligible for:

  • Company bonus plan (non-sales roles): performance-dependent
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
