Job Description

We are hiring a Product Manager to own product lifecycle work from discovery through launch and adoption. This cross-functional role partners with Technology, Client Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, leadership, and customers to shape useful, measurable solutions. You will translate real user and business needs into shaped opportunities, work through delivery with engineering, prepare the organization for launch, and stay accountable after release to ensure measurable value.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, operational workflows, product capabilities, and strategic priorities.
  • Spend time in the field with users and operators, using products firsthand to validate workflows and assumptions.
  • Gather opportunities from customers, business teams, data, and field observations; translate them into clear problems, outcomes, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Maintain a cohesive roadmap and communicate priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Ensure coherence across SaaS and full-service experiences; identify where workflows should align or intentionally differ.
  • Lead discovery and shaping (Shape Up–inspired), refine or co-author pitches, and prepare opportunities for leadership prioritization.
  • Define success measures in advance and ensure analytics, instrumentation, and reporting are included in delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Technology during delivery to provide business context, resolve scope questions, coordinate demos, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Involve representative end users early to validate workflows, not just stakeholder approval.
  • Own launch readiness and rollout planning: training, documentation, communications, support preparation, and enablement for Sales and Client Success.
  • Partner with Marketing on launch messaging, customer communications, and materials.
  • Drive post-launch adoption by monitoring usage, feedback, support signals, and business outcomes; coordinate iterative improvements.
  • Build repeatable product, launch, and adoption practices that increase clarity and accountability without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

What Success Looks Like

  • Product opportunities are shaped around clear business problems, real user needs, and measurable outcomes before engineering begins.
  • Success is judged by user and business value — not by features shipped alone.
  • The roadmap is coherent and intentionally evolves SaaS and full-service experiences.
  • Business stakeholders contribute timely decisions without being treated as temporary product managers or rollout coordinators.
  • Representative end users validate workflows before launch, reducing unusable releases.
  • Major launches include measurement, communications, documentation, training, and enablement needed to support adoption.
  • Cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Operations, Technology) have the context and materials needed to operate and promote new capabilities.
  • Feedback, usage data, field observations, and post-launch learning consistently inform priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in product management, product operations, software implementation, program management, consulting, or a related role with end-to-end product ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience taking software products or major capabilities from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, operational/workflow software, marketplaces, logistics technology, or similarly complex products.
  • Strong discovery and problem-framing skills; ability to distinguish underlying problems from requested solutions.
  • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineers on APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics, instrumentation, and delivery tradeoffs (software dev experience not required).
  • Experience defining product success metrics and using analytics/telemetry to evaluate usage and outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating launches, rollouts, training, enablement, or change management.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment and spending time in the field with customers and operators; occasional travel required.
  • Experience with Shape Up is helpful but not required; strong product judgment and adaptable process design matter more.
  • Automotive, mobility, logistics, or dealership technology experience preferred.
