Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager focused on Revenue tooling and internal systems. You’ll join a small, collaborative product pod and own a defined subset of the revenue product suite — maintaining existing platforms, launching net-new internal products, and partnering closely with revenue stakeholders to turn workflow gaps into measurable improvements. This role is based in New York, NY and is remote-friendly for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and iterate on a subset of the internal revenue product suite — from maintenance to new builds.
    • Possible areas: Sales Intelligence Platform, ad content CMS, Brand Safety Dashboards, Inventory Management System, or other revenue enablement tools.
  • Work day-to-day in a tight pod with a Senior Revenue PM, product engineers, a data engineer, and a designer.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: discovery, user interviews, scoping, prioritization, testing, training, launch, and iteration.
  • Balance platform health and technical debt with strategic, larger-bet initiatives.
  • Partner with revenue stakeholders to translate workflows into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and routine work — validate outputs with users and data.
  • Define, track, and report success metrics for your product area.
  • Communicate tradeoffs and timelines clearly to build trust and alignment with revenue teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Product is seen by revenue teams as a reliable, responsive partner that ships against real needs.
  • Manual or spreadsheet-driven processes are meaningfully reduced in your product area.
  • Roadmap decisions are clear, defensible, and balance stakeholder needs with platform scalability.
  • The pod operates with strong, low-overhead collaboration across engineering, data, and design.
  • Deepening domain expertise that enables ownership of larger slices of the revenue product stack over time.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of product management experience; experience at a media, consumer/content company or in internal tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working closely with revenue or sales teams; curious about their workflows and incentives.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows (prototyping, feedback synthesis, automating repetitive work) and the judgment to validate outputs.
  • Strong user empathy and a track record of turning stakeholder pain points into durable product solutions.
  • Solid critical-thinking and prioritization skills when balancing competing requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, open-minded approach to unfamiliar problems and continuous learning mindset.

Compensation

  • $130,000 — Final offers will be made within the parameters of the listed salary and commensurate with experience. Total offer package will include benefits described below.

Perks & Benefits

  • Flexible, remote-friendly role with a hub office in New York.
  • 401(k) employer match.
  • Premium health, vision, and dental plans.
  • Mental health benefits and access to concierge services (One Medical, Calm).
  • Family planning support including paid parental leave and fertility coverage (where eligible).
  • Employee Resource Groups and learning/education reimbursements.
  • Gym and wellness reimbursements.

How We Work Together

Confidential Client values timely, constructive communication; empathy and inclusion; curiosity and accountability; a bias toward action; and a challenger mentality grounded in clarity of purpose. You’ll join a team that expects high standards while supporting each other to deliver meaningful impact.
