About the Role
One of our confidential clients in the Construction and Software Development industry is seeking motivated, customer-focused Product Managers to define, build, and improve products that solve meaningful customer problems. This entry-level position is well suited for early-career professionals who enjoy working across engineering, design, data, sales, and business teams. What You’ll Do
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product roadmap and maintain the backlog.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify user needs and product opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver features from concept through launch.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify improvements.
- Coordinate product launches and communicate requirements, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
- Track competitive and industry trends and translate insights into product opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- 0–3 years experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development processes.
- Experience with product documentation, user stories, requirements, or roadmap planning is a plus.
- Working knowledge of analytics, experimentation, and product metrics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in product management or technology.
- Experience with SaaS, web, mobile, AI/ML, or B2B/B2C products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong customer empathy and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $112,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr.
Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; final compensation and benefits will be provided by our confidential client.
