Overview

This is a contract, part-time Product Manager role supporting a global platform for a confidential client in the Technology / Software Development / Information and Internet industry. The position is remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.) and focuses on driving product vision, user experience improvements, and operational efficiencies across a scalable platform.

Compensation & Logistics

• Contract — Part-time (hours flexible; scope discussed with recruiter)
• Pay range: $40.00/hr — $80.00/hr (range provided by the client; final offer based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and a prioritized roadmap for the global platform.
• Gather and synthesize user research, market data, and stakeholder input to identify opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to scope and deliver features.
• Drive Agile product development cycles: write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and remove blockers.
• Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics; iterate based on insight.
• Translate technical constraints and trade-offs into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure product decisions align with business objectives, security, and operational requirements.

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• Proven product management experience delivering digital or platform/SaaS products.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze user data and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across distributed teams and time zones.
• Track record of shipping improvements that measurably improve user experience or operational efficiency.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Prior experience on global platforms or products with multi-region scale.
• Background in SaaS, marketplace, or developer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and A/B testing.
• Experience with roadmapping and stakeholder alignment at mid-to-large organizations.
