What You’ll Do
You will lead product efforts to modernize a fund-administration platform and automate how private-market reporting data flows from General Partners (GPs) to Limited Partners (LPs). This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on replacing manual, document-heavy workflows with agentic, LLM-powered automation while maintaining strong human oversight where needed.
- Own the product roadmap for automation of GP → LP reporting and fund administration processes
- Define and deliver agentic LLM-powered pipelines that replace manual document-processing steps
- Design human-in-the-loop orchestration and set automation confidence thresholds to balance speed and accuracy
- Improve data extraction, reconciliation, and validation systems to reduce manual reconciliation and error rates
- Define KPIs to measure accuracy, automation rates, processing time, and business impact; report results to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with engineering, data science, operations, and compliance teams
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (GPs, LPs, custodians) to ensure integrations and reporting formats meet market needs
Who You Are
The role is best suited to an experienced product leader with deep domain knowledge in fund administration and a track record of delivering automation for operationally intensive workflows.
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fund administration
- Deep understanding of fund accounting, GP/LP reporting, and data reconciliation processes
- Proven experience automating manual, operationally intensive workflows
- Familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems applied to production problems
- Strong product judgment around accuracy, confidence thresholds, and safe automation rollout
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving measurable efficiency gains
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with document extraction/OCR, reconciliation tooling, or structured data pipelines
- Prior work in private capital markets, fund administration platforms, or custody/reporting systems
- Experience working with ML/AI teams to productionize models and establish monitoring/alerts
