Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager to help build production-grade agent products powered by applied machine learning. You will work on complex, long-horizon problems — shipping features that enable automated, end-to-end work for enterprise customers (including large accounting firms). This is a full-time role based in New York, NY.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision and roadmap for production ML/agent features that solve high-impact business problems.
• Partner closely with engineering, research/ML, design, and customer success to deliver reliable, scalable products.
• Translate ambiguous, technical problems into clear requirements and prioritized work streams.
• Use data and customer feedback to measure impact and iterate on product decisions.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to gather use cases, validate solutions, and inform go-to-market priorities.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
• Strong product sense and experience translating technical concepts into product requirements.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with engineers and applied ML teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Authorization to work in the United States (role based in New York, NY).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to applied machine learning, AI agents, or automation products.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B product workflows (accounting, finance, or similar) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products at production scale and measure business outcomes.

Location & Work Arrangement
