  • Experience designing or shipping AI/LLM-powered product features
  • Comfortable in deep technical discussions with engineers about tradeoffs and architecture
  • Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of shipping solutions that protect customer satisfaction in complex domains
  • Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar)

Preferred / Bonus

  • Experience with go-to-market commerce enablers such as payments, billing, or subscriptions
  • Background in payroll, HR tech, fintech, or other regulated, correctness-critical domains
  • Prior exposure to compliance-heavy systems and edge-case handling

Location & Schedule

This is an in-person role based in New York City. You are expected to be onsite five days a week at the New York office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range (New York City): $110,000 - $140,000 per year
  • Competitive equity package and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Additional perks and professional growth opportunities (details provided by the client)
