What You’ll Do

  • Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan servicing, payment schedules, interest calculations, billing, collections, and accounting flows into NetSuite.
  • Plan sprints with the development team, remove blockers, and drive timely delivery of features.
  • Own acceptance testing and release validation to confirm calculations, schedules, and GL impact are correct prior to customer release.
  • Act as the product escalation point for support, customer success, and implementation partners; triage bugs and enhancement requests and close the loop with customers.
  • Support strategic or technically complex sales conversations and demos to assess fit for prospects and give credible roadmap guidance.
  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and analysis while maintaining final judgment on lending and accounting correctness.
  • Maintain release notes, documentation, and in-app help so sales, support, and partners can accurately communicate what shipped.

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable development requirements.
  • Comfortable engaging with developers, support teams, implementation partners, and customer finance teams.
  • Practical, fluent use of AI tools in daily work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially in fast-paced contexts.
