Product Manager
The Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital product solutions for commercial and small business banking clients, overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategy to execution. What You’ll Do
You will lead the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of commercial digital products that support small business and commercial banking clients. Working closely with engineering, design, operations, risk/compliance, and business stakeholders, you will own product outcomes across the full lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, performance monitoring, and iterative enhancement.
- Develop and own product strategy and roadmaps aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Lead discovery and customer research to shape product direction and validate solutions
- Prioritize the product backlog and guide execution with engineering and design partners
- Coordinate dependencies and partner with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales) to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and report results to leadership
- Act as the voice of the customer: translate feedback into features, improvements, and experiments
- Drive cross-team planning for shared roadmaps and integrations with other commercial digital products
- Promote continuous improvement and iterative delivery practices across teams
Who You Are (Required Qualifications)
- 3+ years of product management experience delivering digital products (preferably for commercial/small business customers)
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery: discovery, roadmap, execution, and KPIs
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, operations, and business partners
- Experience conducting customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
- Ability to translate customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Experience in financial services, banking products, or payments
- Prior work on commercial/small business digital banking products or platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for financial products
- Experience with analytics tools and instrumentation for product performance measurement
- Agile/Scrum background and working with cross-functional product delivery teams
Location & Working Model
Preferably based in Jefferson City, MO, but candidates may be considered from other market locations within the client’s footprint. This role is primarily full-time and onsite or hybrid depending on market needs and client policies.
