What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager II to support product discovery, delivery and ongoing operations for technology solutions in Retail. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, measure outcomes, and drive customer value.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking product and project activities for small- to medium-sized initiatives
  • Build and maintain automated methods for tracking schedules, deliverables, milestones, and status
  • Identify risks, dependencies and resource needs; support accountability and execution tracking
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational metrics and KPIs to inform decisions
  • Create and enhance health reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
  • Support implementation efforts with a focus on measurable business value
  • Seek automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance associate and customer experience
  • Apply a data-driven mindset using analytics and reporting to improve decision-making

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field OR 1 year’s experience in product management or a related field
  • 1+ year of professional experience related to product or program work (planning, tracking, reporting)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships across teams
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced technology environment

Preferred Qualifications

Outlined below are optional preferred qualifications.

  • Background in merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with product metrics, dashboards, or analytics tools
  • Experience or knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), assistive technologies, or accessibility best practices
  • Prior exposure to ecommerce or retail technology environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $80,000 — $155,000 (USD)
  • Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and equity/stock awards for eligible roles
  • Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid parental leave, PTO, and more (eligibility may depend on role and classification)
  • Confidential Client follows applicable pay transparency and benefits laws

Location & Work Environment

  • Primary location: Bentonville, AR — on-site expectations to support collaboration and use of campus resources. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
