What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Product Manager (Product Manager I) to work on-site in Laguna Hills, CA. In this role you’ll support product development and go-to-market work across cross-functional teams to help deliver safe, compliant, and competitive products.
- Assist with product roadmaps, prioritization, and project tracking for assigned product lines
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Support requirements writing, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Help monitor product performance using data and metrics; prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as needed for product launches
- Support compliance activities and documentation for regulated product markets
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and execution; track risks and dependencies
What We’re Looking For
We welcome early-career product professionals who are analytical, communicative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of product, project, or operations experience (internships or co-ops count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data analysis and presenting findings (Excel or similar)
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with clear ownership mentality and a bias for action
- Must be able to work on-site in Laguna Hills, CA
Nice to Have
These are preferred but not required for entry to this role.
- Experience or interest in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, or product management tools
- Basic SQL or analytics tool exposure
- Understanding of regulatory documentation and quality processes
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Laguna Hills, CA (Confidential Client). Typical business hours with occasional flexibility for project needs.
