About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager focused on forward deployment for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of product and customer success: you will run customer-facing deployments, discover and validate opportunities for AI-driven automation, and own the product work needed to scale those capabilities across an enterprise SaaS platform.

This position requires hands-on experience with deployments or implementations, strong operational thinking (preferably in healthcare RCM or other operationally intensive domains), and the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable product systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, problem definition, specs, design collaboration, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Lead forward deployments with enterprise customers to validate workflows, measure impact, and accelerate adoption.
• Translate complex healthcare revenue-cycle and operational processes into AI-native, scalable workflows and agentic logic.
• Partner closely with engineering to scope features, define edge cases, and prioritize trade-offs.
• Balance short-term customer delivery and long-term platform scalability.
• Produce clear documentation: product specs, process maps, and rollout plans.
• Track timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and execute internal and external launches.
• Use deployment metrics and user feedback to iterate and expand AI agent capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or customer-facing product roles (forward deployment, solutions engineering, implementation), ideally in SaaS or healthtech.
• Proven ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through launch and refinement.
• Experience building or working with AI-driven products, automation platforms, or agentic workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze operational processes and reduce real-world complexity into scalable product systems.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders in high-ownership environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to write clear specs and align technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Preferred: experience with healthcare operations, medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), or other operationally intensive enterprise platforms.
