What You’ll Do
The Product Manager, Digital and Consumer Banking will lead product strategy and execution to grow digital adoption, improve customer experience, and increase cross-sell for consumer deposit products.
- Design and develop client-centric digital banking experiences that drive measurable revenue and reduce operating costs.
- Define product strategy and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap across the full product lifecycle.
- Lead go-to-market planning and iterative product delivery with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, compliance, internal technology).
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Finance, and Deposit Operations to define and monitor KPIs (adoption, NPS, App Store ratings, revenue per user, etc.).
- Vet and integrate third-party digital vendors with legacy platforms; coordinate vendor onboarding and risk/compliance requirements.
- Explore fintech and alternative product opportunities to generate deposits and revenue.
- Monitor market and customer trends to refine product vision and identify high-impact product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer banking strategy or product management — strong preference for experience with checking/deposit products.
- Experience integrating digital vendors with legacy banking platforms.
- Demonstrated use of analytics and MI to make actionable product and business recommendations.
- Strong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and operate with limited supervision.
- Team-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Hybrid — Fair Lawn, NJ (onsite collaboration with remote flexibility as defined by the client).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary, plus bonus (as stated by the client).
