This is a hybrid role with the primary location in Denver, CO and flexible U.S. hub options.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product roadmap and vision for mission planning and scheduling capabilities.
  • Take ownership of an existing product and evolve it using customer feedback, usage data, and market needs.
  • Drive the transition from manual planning to automated, constraint-aware scheduling and workflows.
  • Partner with spacecraft operators, mission planners, payload teams and customers to understand complex operational requirements.
  • Translate scheduling challenges, dependencies, priorities and constraints into intuitive product capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering and product design from discovery through delivery.
  • Contribute to technical and architectural discussions and make informed product trade-offs.
  • Help define the future direction of products supporting payload and multi-party mission operations.
  • Define product success metrics and use customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve the platform.
  • Visit customers and represent the product at relevant industry conferences.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in autonomous systems, aerospace, space technology, or another complex technical domain.
  • Proven experience owning and maturing an existing software product.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, mission planning, resource allocation, or similarly constraint-heavy operational problems.
  • Comfortable working closely with highly technical engineering teams and participating in technical discussions.
  • Strong product discovery skills and ability to convert complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience balancing short-term customer needs with longer-term product strategy.
  • Ability to operate effectively where product direction is still being defined.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. export-control requirements and be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Background in satellite mission operations, payload operations, or flight operations.
  • Familiarity with scheduling algorithms, constraint solvers, or optimization/resource-allocation tooling.
  • Prior experience representing products at industry conferences or conducting customer site visits.
  • Experience with data-driven product metrics and analytics tooling.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role — primary location: Denver, CO (Confidential Client offers flexibility across U.S. hubs).
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events will be required periodically.
  • Candidates must be able to meet U.S. export-control requirements and obtain necessary security clearances.

Why Join

  • High-ownership environment where your decisions directly impact live space missions.
  • Opportunity to advance automation and autonomy in mission planning across growing satellite fleets.
  • Competitive benefits and flexible work arrangements across U.S. hubs.
  • Collaborative, technically-focused teams working on real-world space operations.
