What You’ll Do

The Product Manager represents the business and the user to ensure product development aligns with leadership goals and client needs. Success impacts revenue and drives innovation for clients executing transactions across capital markets.

  • Contribute to solution roadmaps that articulate vision and strategy to secure executive buy-in
  • Maintain high output quality and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria
  • Define short‑ and long‑term product planning and prioritize work accordingly
  • Support product delivery through timely metrics and status information
  • Research and synthesize documented sources that may affect product requirements
  • Document requirements including customer journeys, features, user stories, cross‑team dependencies, and scope boundaries
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day stakeholder relationships and document communication needs
  • Ensure engineering teams have what they need to execute on priorities
  • Equip client services and sales with assets and information to drive revenue and retention
  • Lead and present in agile development ceremonies as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Confidential Client states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,212 to $107,694. Final base salary will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience, skills, training, licenses, and certifications.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of product management experience (loan industry or commercial domain experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and capital markets
  • Experience with commercial and/or broadly syndicated loans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems
  • Collaborative team player who values positive culture
  • Interest in applying artificial intelligence to products and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in product management, user experience, software engineering, and/or quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Work Authorization & Interview Requirements

  • This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Final-stage external candidates are typically required to attend at least one in-person interview at a nearby Confidential Client office prior to an offer.
