The Opportunity
Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the web and mobile consumer product experience for an early-stage AI marketplace platform in the moving/logistics space. You will lead 0→1 product development, work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, AI/ML, sales, operations, and customers), and drive measurable adoption and retention.
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Employment type: Full-time Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 (USD)
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Identify user pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead 0→1 product development from discovery and MVP definition through launch and iteration.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive web and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to evaluate technical feasibility and dependencies.
- Prioritize features and backlog based on impact, effort, customer value, and business priorities.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and research to validate assumptions and guide decisions.
- Define product KPIs and run experiments to improve adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Work with operations, sales, and partners to understand real-world workflows and uncover product opportunities.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and decisions clearly across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building consumer-facing web and mobile products.
- Proven experience shipping 0→1 products (discovery → MVP → launch → iteration).
- Strong product sense, UX understanding, and customer empathy.
- Comfortable working with engineering and design teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.
Preferred
- Experience with AI/ML product features, SaaS, marketplaces, logistics, moving/relocation, home services, or B2B2C models.
