What You’ll Do

The Product Manager for Compact Track Loaders (CTL) will own the product lifecycle for the CTL line in North America. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define requirements, lead New Product Introduction (NPI), support launches, and drive continuous improvement based on customer and dealer feedback.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through market launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Lead North American NPI activities and ensure launch readiness: technical documentation, training, service support, and parts availability.
  • Act as technical and commercial expert for CTL products; support development, testing, and field issue resolution.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking, market research, and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to define product requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, Dealers, and Marketing to deliver competitive products.
  • Monitor product quality, warranty trends, and customer feedback; drive corrective actions and reliability improvements.
  • Support dealers, key customers, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
  • Develop product specifications, pricing recommendations, and long-term product roadmaps for the North American market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or product development within the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compact track loaders, hydraulic systems, powertrain, engines, electrical systems, and machine diagnostics.
  • Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), product validation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience launching CTLs or similar heavy equipment in North America.
  • Hands-on field experience working with dealers and service organizations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian regulatory and safety requirements for construction equipment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within North America and internationally as required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • On-site: Peachtree City, GA. Typical mix of office, lab, and shop/factory environments; field visits to dealers and customers.
  • May require lifting, site visits, and exposure to outdoor and industrial conditions consistent with construction equipment testing and demonstrations.
