What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Product Manager to lead commercialization and downstream marketing for Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) solution portfolios. You will partner with marketing, sales, and cross-portfolio teams to build sales enablement materials, guide launches, and measure commercial performance.

  • Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to support enterprise solutions for ASC customers
  • Align commercialization plans with business unit marketing teams and support cross-portfolio launches
  • Create and maintain customer-facing and sales enablement materials (pitch decks, brochures, proposals, trade show collateral, account-specific assets)
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions
  • Track, monitor, and report KPIs tied to solution adoption, commercial execution, and market performance
  • Collaborate with field sales to provide tools, insights, and resources for enterprise-level customer engagements
  • Lead planning and execution of product launches, customer education initiatives, headquarters visits, and national trade show programs
  • Present market insights and commercialization updates to sales, marketing, and leadership on a regular cadence

What You’ll Need (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building marketing or sales enablement materials (presentations, proposals, collateral)
  • Ability to analyze data and report business performance metrics
  • Comfortable with travel — this role requires approximately 40% travel
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Work arrangement: Telecommute-friendly (role is based in Dallas, TX with remote/telecommute flexibility)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • 2+ years experience in medical device, healthcare, or marketing-related roles
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and cross-functional product launches
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales at the enterprise level
