Product Manager (Apparel)
The Product Manager at Confidential Client will play a key role in apparel product development, collaborating closely with the Senior Product Manager and design team to manage multiple product assortments. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in fabric and trim sourcing, and effective communication with global vendors to ensure timely product delivery and quality standards.

What You’ll Do
As Product Manager (Apparel) you will support apparel product development across multiple assortments and categories. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, design teams, and suppliers to ensure product quality, accurate product data, and on-time delivery for photography and production.
- Facilitate and monitor multiple product assortments across apparel, soft goods, hard goods, and headwear in collaboration with design and senior product management.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all styles and keep nominated suppliers informed and aligned.
- Use internal PLM/tracking systems to manage daily tasks, timelines, and calendar milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate style and product information across PLM and internal systems.
- Source and track fabric, trims, and components from multiple vendors to balance quality, cost, and timing.
- Communicate with global vendors to resolve development and production issues.
- Gather and organize product costing; work with suppliers to negotiate when appropriate.
- Manage and track samples used for photography, content creation, and internal review.
- Create and enter products into internal systems with correct product attributes and metadata.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in apparel manufacturing, product development, apparel design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product development and/or apparel design.
- Hands-on development experience and a solid understanding of apparel production processes, fabric and trim development.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric, materials, construction, fit, and garment manufacturing fundamentals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to coordinate across teams and with external vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and maintain high quality standards.
