What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Product Manager to support commercialization and growth of single-cell and NGS products. In this role you will be the bridge between R&D, sales, marketing, and customers — driving product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer-facing enablement.
- Manage the existing single-cell analysis product portfolio and contribute to strategic planning for new developments
- Execute market launches for new products and updates
- Create marketing collateral: product literature, application notes, presentations, flyers, and digital content
- Collect customer feedback through direct conversations, surveys, and market research and feed insights into the product roadmap
- Deliver customer presentations and webinars; act as a trusted technical/business partner to customers and internal teams
- Provide sales and product training, onboard new users, and support pre- and post-sales activities
- Monitor technology trends in single-cell analysis and precision medicine to inform positioning and roadmap
- Refine messaging and sales arguments based on market response and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring a mix of technical knowledge and commercial skills appropriate for life-science product management.
- M.S. degree in a life science discipline required (PhD in molecular biology, immunology, or related field highly desired)
- Hands-on experience with NGS and/or single-cell analysis technologies
- 1–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or product support is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present technical content to scientific and non-scientific audiences
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, and creative problem solver
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse, intercultural team
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred
- Prior experience launching life-science instrumentation or assay products
- Experience developing application notes, webinars, and technical sales enablement materials
- Familiarity with market research methods and competitive analysis in biotech tools
