What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Product Management & Operations Analyst to support product platform and operations for investment solutions (mutual funds, SMAs, UMAs, and interval funds). This role provides hands-on exposure to product onboarding, platform support, reporting, and operational controls.

  • Support the management and maintenance of investment product lifecycles (onboarding, updates, retirements)
  • Assist onboarding products to third‑party investment platforms and coordinate operational requirements
  • Help manage platform agreements, fee schedules, and documentation with custodians and service providers
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Service, Technology, and Compliance on product initiatives
  • Track project deliverables and timelines; escalate and follow up on open items
  • Respond to internal and external partner inquiries related to product and platform activities
  • Support account onboarding, transaction and data reconciliations, and issue resolution with counterparties
  • Assist with portfolio accounting and reporting for third‑party SMA strategies and interval fund cash movements
  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports on AUM, sales, flows, and platform activity; help assemble quarterly and board materials
  • Maintain process documentation, support control reviews, and participate in due diligence and compliance activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field
  • Working knowledge of investment markets, securities, portfolio accounting, and financial operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for data and operational discrepancies
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with VBA/macros or investment operations systems is a plus
  • Must obtain and maintain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 12 months of hire

Compensation & Location

  • Location: Princeton, FL

  • Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (starting salary determined by experience and qualifications)
