What You’ll Do

Support the product development and production teams to deliver apparel (Polo Women’s woven) product lines on time, on budget, and to specification. Work across Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Technical Design, Production and external vendors to track development milestones, manage costs and maintain accurate product data.

  • Assist in building and analyzing TNA plans to align raw material, production and logistics timing
  • Analyze lead-times and optimize raw material positioning to reduce delays
  • Maintain sourcing configuration and product records in PLM, GFE and o9
  • Upload and monitor OTBs and seasonal budgets in GFE; track units weekly
  • Ensure MOQ compliance with cross-functional partners and verify system accuracy
  • Manage surcharge exceptions and ensure cost sheets are submitted to PLM per milestone calendar (Flash/Board Review, Proto, SRS, Bulk)
  • Support costing activities and provide early visibility on component costs that may impact margins
  • Verify FLASH/PROTO/GIL/FINAL cost flags in PLM/GFE and reconcile cost snapshots
  • Support Chase, Reconciliation and Rebalancing calendar milestones with Production
  • Lock and export SRS/Bulk units; prepare GFE downloads for vendors and support PO creation workflows
  • Track SRS status and utilize SRS PODs to identify issues and mitigations for on‑time arrival
  • Maintain organized sample and production calendars, WIP charts and internal tracking systems
  • Create and maintain BOMs and PLM tech packs for Mainline and PFS collections; update Proto Tracker and Airtable
  • Track trim submissions, approvals and maintain trim charts and documentation
  • Coordinate fittings, sample check-ins and showroom/sample distribution; document outcomes and escalate risks

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in apparel product development, production planning, sourcing or a closely related function
  • Hands-on experience with PLM and BOM management; familiarity with GFE, o9 or SAP a plus
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail when maintaining cost sheets, OTBs and PLM records
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and escalate issues that impact deadlines

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with apparel costing and development workflows (FLASH/PROTO/GIL/FINAL)
  • Knowledge of apparel supply chain timing, MOQs and vendor management
  • Experience with Airtable or similar tracking tools
  • Coursework or experience related to technical design, trims, and lab-dip/fitting processes
