Role Summary

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is seeking a Product Management Associate to join an Asset & Wealth Management product team in New York, NY. This role drives product strategy and execution for digital wealth solutions used by clients and advisors. You will own product lifecycle tasks from discovery through launch, partner cross-functionally, and use data and user research to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for digital wealth and advisor-facing products.
• Translate client and advisor insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with UX/UI, engineering, data, legal/compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Lead experiments and A/B tests to validate features and measure impact on KPIs.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance post-launch; iterate based on data and feedback.
• Manage agile delivery: write user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to unblock delivery.
• Represent the product team in stakeholder meetings and client engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in fast-paced, agile environments — experience launching commercial products preferred.
• Domain experience or strong familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or related fintech products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus across business, design, and engineering.
• Passion for user-centered design and delivering intuitive customer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with product marketing concepts, experimentation frameworks, or advisor-client workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range (New York, NY): $85,000 - $160,000 per year.
• May be eligible for a discretionary bonus if employed at fiscal year-end.
