The Opportunity
Confidential Client (Financial Services) is hiring a Product Management Advisor I — Real Estate to lead CRM and marketing-technology initiatives that improve member experience and drive operational efficiency. You will translate business needs into system solutions, optimize CRM configuration, analyze lead distribution and member communications, and partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver measurable results.
This role requires in-office attendance 4 days per week in Phoenix, AZ.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with product and operations teams to evaluate profit goals, lead distribution and prioritization, and sales/system performance.
- Gather, refine, and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations and business rules.
- Consult with operational leaders and stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Digital, Experiences, etc.) to surface insights that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to implement CRM enhancements and configure platform functionality.
- Develop analyses, dashboards, and metrics to support product decisions, forecasting, and planning.
- Run moderate statistical models and present research findings to product leadership as needed.
- Monitor CRM health, identify risks, and ensure activities comply with risk and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements from discovery through implementation with minimal oversight.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent; OR 4 years of relevant education/experience.
- At least 4 years of related industry experience (e.g., underwriting, marketing, sales/service operations, finance, or financial services).
- Minimum 1 year experience leveraging data and providing requirements to data or analytics teams.
- Knowledge of product-related regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with federal mortgage-related regulations such as HMDA, TILA/REG Z, RESPA, FDPA, Reg B, and SCRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience creating reports and monitoring trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with limited supervision.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Extensive experience in the mortgage or real-estate finance space (origination, servicing, underwriting).
- Advanced experience administering CRM platforms; experience with Velocify and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Prior experience as a Product Advisor, Business Rules Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role driving business and technology solutions.
- Experience translating policies into business rules, system configurations, and process changes.
- Strong project management background and a record of leading complex system enhancements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,040.00 - $153,080.00 (actual pay within this range will depend on experience and market data; Phoenix, AZ location).
