What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Product Engineer — Electrical to support assembly-line and product development activities. In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver vehicle and system integrations, track project deliverables, and support continuous improvement.

• Support engineering activities across the product development lifecycle
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and other engineering teams to gather technical information and resolve issues
• Assist with vehicle and system integration activities for new product programs
• Track engineering deliverables, action items, and project milestones to help keep programs on schedule
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions
• Evaluate engineering designs for cost, quality, and performance considerations
• Document engineering changes and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Read and interpret installation prints to confirm build configurations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee). Confidential Client does not anticipate providing employment-related visa sponsorship for this role.

• Experience or coursework on cross-functional engineering projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD $70,400 — $105,600 per year (target offer within this range depends on skills, experience, and internal equity)

• Location: San Antonio, TX (zip 78284) — this is an on-site position aligned with assembly and integration activities.
