Key Responsibilities

  • Support product development from design handoff through pre-production for activewear styles
  • Maintain and update development trackers, sample logs, costing files, and product information databases
  • Coordinate sample requests, fabric and trim submissions, and full development packages with vendors and internal teams
  • Track proto, fit, salesman, and pre-production samples; flag and escalate delays or quality issues
  • Assist with fabric, trim, color, and component approvals and documentation
  • Organize development samples, material libraries, and vendor reference files
  • Support preliminary costing and maintain accurate cost and BOM information
  • Provide timely status updates to Design, Technical Design, Production, and Sales stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and demonstrated organizational ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliable follow-through
  • Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and product development processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
