What You'll Do

As a Product Content Analyst you will help improve the e-commerce catalog and customer experience by ensuring product pages are accurate, consistent, and optimized for purchase. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Review and edit item content to meet quality standards for product titles, descriptions, specs, and images
  • Manage large product data sets inside a Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Ensure correct item classification and collaborate on new merchandising categories
  • Monitor Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy and visual quality
  • Conduct periodic content audits and corrective actions to keep the catalog current
  • Assist with customer-specific item setups and special projects as needed
  • Use a mix of semi-automated tools and manual processes to populate structured retail web content
  • Work cross-functionally with Site Merchandising, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and content SLAs

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0 years of professional experience (relevant internships or 1–2 years experience a plus)
  • Collegiate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving using spreadsheets and structured data
  • Practical judgment, sound reasoning, and strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing inputs while maintaining high quality
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Any technical skills such as coding, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or advanced AI/ML
  • Previous PIM experience managing PDP content in an e-commerce environment

Location & Work Arrangement

  • This role operates in a hybrid working environment: a mix of remote and in-office work with in-office time required for training.
  • Primary in-office location: Corporate Headquarters Office in Brockton, MA.
  • The client will not provide relocation assistance for this position.
