Product Coach - AI-Native Product Manager & Agentic Ways of Working
This role involves hands-on coaching of Product Managers and Product Owners to adopt AI-native and agentic product development practices throughout the product lifecycle. The Product Coach will leverage AI tools to enhance workflows such as discovery, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning, while training client teams to improve productivity and delivery outcomes using AI-enabled methods.

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a hands-on Product Coach to help product teams adopt AI-native and agentic ways of working across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This role focuses on coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams to use AI agents and skills in day-to-day product work—improving discovery, backlog management, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery.
- Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams on modern product management practices and AI-enabled workflows.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, backlog reviews, sprint planning, and roadmap sessions.
- Embed agentic approaches into discovery, requirements creation, user-story generation, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
- Train teams to synthesize customer research and turn insights into measurable experiments and product outcomes.
- Help teams design and run lightweight experiments and use AI to accelerate iteration and decision-making.
- Create repeatable playbooks and artifacts so client teams can scale AI-native practices independently.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with direct, hands-on delivery responsibility.
- Proven experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
- Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in daily product management workflows (not just advisory).
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and change adoption skills.
- Deep familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), product roadmapping, and delivery frameworks.
- Track record of measurable improvements in product team productivity or delivery outcomes after adopting new workflows.
Desired AI Tool Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is helpful:
- Claude Code / Claude Design
- Cursor
- Devin
- Figma (for prototyping & design handoffs)
Success Profile
Candidates should be prepared to show examples that demonstrate:
- How they use AI and agents in daily product work.
- AI-generated product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization outputs).
- Evidence of training or coaching product teams on AI-enabled workflows.
- Quantified improvements in team throughput, discovery velocity, or experiment outcomes following their coaching.
