What You’ll Do

The Product Associate will support product delivery and marketing operations for employee activation programs that drive enrollment into virtual care services. This is a hybrid product + growth role with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to influence roadmap and campaign strategy.

  • Execute sprint goals and deliverables tied to the Employee Activation roadmap.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies; write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, triage incoming requests, and prioritize work against activation objectives.
  • Own program initiatives end-to-end — coordinate releases with engineering, design, QA, operations, data, and clinical partners.
  • Build and maintain detailed workflows and release materials for stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns (push, in-app, email, etc.) across employer groups to drive enrollment.
  • Support A/B testing for campaign messaging; manage variant setup and document test conditions.
  • Track campaign and feature performance against activation KPIs and synthesize results into actionable summaries.
  • Manage employer-specific content/customization workflows and coordinate assets with design and stakeholders.
  • Pull, compile, and interpret product and marketing data using Amplitude and Azure Data Explorer (KQL) or equivalent to monitor funnels, adoption, and channel contribution.
  • Build and maintain dashboards surfacing eligibility completion, enrollment conversion, and channel performance.
  • Proactively surface instrumentation gaps and funnel drop-offs with recommended resolution steps.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and release updates clearly and regularly to leadership.

Who You Are (Preferred Profile)

  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital product, product operations, growth marketing, or similar — healthcare or health‑tech experience preferred.
  • Hands-on with sprint processes, backlog management, and writing user stories.
  • Experience planning and analyzing digital marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (Amplitude, SQL/KQL, or equivalent) and able to turn data pulls into clear insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; able to distill complex information for stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset: curious, experimental, and iterative.
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments without sacrificing quality.
  • Structured troubleshooting approach: diagnose, escalate with context, propose solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to a Dallas office approximately 10% of the year (as required).

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, communications, health-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in product, marketing operations, or a closely related role.

Compensation & Additional Notes

  • Pay range (provided by the employer): $35.58/hour ($74,006/year) — $53.60/hour ($111,488/year). Actual pay will depend on qualifications and experience.
  • Confidential Client may have health-related employment policies and will provide details during the hiring process.
  • This position is full-time.
