What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Producer in Training to join their team in Braintree, MA. This role is designed to build a foundation in insurance sales through hands-on training, mentorship, and practical business development experience.

• Participate in a structured sales training and development program
• Attend networking and industry events to build relationships and generate referrals
• Learn insurance products, coverages, and risk-management concepts
• Develop presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
• Support client interactions with carriers and internal teams to deliver strong service
• Learn and use agency systems, tools, and sales processes
• Support marketing, account management, and business development initiatives
• Work toward activity and growth targets to advance toward a Producer role

Who We’re Looking For

We value motivated, coachable candidates who want to build a career in insurance sales.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required — this is an entry-level role
• Ability to obtain an Accident & Health license within six months of start date
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to report to the Braintree, MA location as required

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base range and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Pay transparency range: $50,000 - $65,000 USD (actual salary may vary based on experience and performance)
