What You’ll Do

This entry-level Procurement role supports day-to-day buying activities to ensure materials, equipment, and services are acquired on time, at the right quality, and at competitive cost for our confidential client. Responsibilities include:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, tools, parts, packaging, services, and supplies.
• Review proposals and bids; prepare or support request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on orders to verify delivery and quality.
• Compile and analyze price, vendor, and market data to establish price objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requirements, schedules, and quality expectations are met.
• Maintain procurement records and approve payments in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Apply Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry-level candidate; 0–2 years of relevant experience is appropriate.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to analyze pricing and supplier performance.

Preferred / Desired Skills

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and SAP experience.
• Prior supply chain or buyer experience (internships or relevant rotations welcome).
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends and support buying decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Location-based salary guidance for Moorestown, NJ (GeoZone 2): $55,700 - $103,400 per year.
• Estimated salary shown on source: $89,089 per year (estimated).
