About the role

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an early-career Process Engineer to join its Supply Chain/Distribution engineering team in Raymond, NH. In this role you will apply engineering fundamentals, data analysis, and structured problem solving to identify process improvements, support automation projects, and standardize best practices that improve productivity, safety, and service at scale.

This role is full-time. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend practical process improvements
  • Conduct time studies, work measurement, and direct process observations to identify opportunities
  • Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions and validate changes
  • Build process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports
  • Support implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate clear implementation plans and measure outcomes post-deployment

What you’ll bring

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience in process improvement
  • 0–3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (internships or co-ops welcome)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with operational data
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement principles, and basic statistical analysis

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Internship / co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution applying Lean/CI tools

Compensation & benefits

  • Annual salary range: $88,000 - $132,000 (location-based pay may apply)
  • Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, stock programs, and regional pay adjustments
  • Health benefits (medical, vision, dental), 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, disability coverage, and educational benefits for eligible employees
  • Benefits and eligibility vary by job classification and length of employment

Location

Primary work location: Raymond, NH — on-site at the distribution facility. Local candidates or those able to commute are preferred.
