What You’ll Do

This is an onsite, second-shift Process Engineer role working a 4x10 schedule (Monday–Thursday) with shift start time flexible between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. You will be a hands-on contributor in a factory environment supporting production stability and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain the stability and throughput of a production line while driving manufacturability improvements and root-cause analysis.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues; implement corrective actions and monitor results.
  • Partner with design teams, suppliers, and NPI engineering to ensure products are producible and maintainable.
  • Integrate process improvements into a lean manufacturing environment and standardize best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality, program office, and test/product engineering teams.
  • Work full-time onsite on second shift; support both office and production-floor activities as required.

Who You Are / Key Skills

  • Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a factory setting and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize under changing conditions.
  • Willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance (as required).

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Entry-level process engineer experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite on second shift (4x10).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience with AS9100, AS9145, or similar aerospace/defense quality/process standards.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys), and process documentation.

Work Location & Schedule

  • Location: Hudson, NH — this role is 100% onsite at the client’s facility.
  • Schedule: Second shift on a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday). Start time may be selected between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 — $110,374 per year (range provided by the client and based on market and candidate factors).
  • Benefits (for regular employees scheduled 20+ hours/week) may include: medical, dental, vision, HSA options, 401(k), disability, life/accident insurance, employee assistance program, paid time off and holidays, parental/military/bereavement leave, and other voluntary benefits.

Notes on Employment

  • This role requires consistent in-person collaboration and therefore will be performed full-time onsite.
  • The client may require ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; please ensure you meet eligibility requirements prior to applying.
