About the Role

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a full-time PRIME Compliance Specialist in Trammells, TX. This role focuses on certified payroll processing, managing compliance documentation and processes, and preparing filing and reporting for government subcontractors and their subcontractors. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and brings excellent communication skills — bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.


What You’ll Do

  • Process and manage certified payrolls and related compliance tasks
  • Maintain and organize compliance documentation for government subcontractors and their subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit required filings and reports accurately and on time
  • Communicate with clients and subcontractors to resolve compliance questions and collect required information
  • Manage data, produce compliance reports, and support audits and reviews
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software to maintain records and prepare deliverables

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in entry-level accounting, finance, project management, compliance, or a related role (entry-level compliance experience highly preferred)
  • Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and data-management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Team-player attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
