What You’ll Do

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market performance and revenue trends; recommend and implement pricing adjustments as directed.
  • Analyze domestic and international market performance to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Use pricing and revenue management systems (e.g., Navitaire, fare filing) to support fare changes and inventory strategies.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheet models and reports to quantify pricing options and their revenue impact.
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the revenue team and senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of pricing actions, assumptions, and results.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects that contribute to profitability and strategic goals.
  • Model the client’s customer service and professional standards; perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field (combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration and Nationality Act.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to manage many similar but unique pricing tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; works well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in the airline or transportation industry.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Visual Basic or similar scripting/coding for analysis and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable spreadsheet models and produce actionable outputs.
  • Familiarity with revenue management or fare filing systems is advantageous.

Compensation & Location

  • Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site or as specified by the client).
  • Visa sponsorship: No.
  • This role may require occasional travel.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Typical office environment: ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer, keyboard, phone, and other standard office equipment.
  • May be required to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and work various shifts in a 24-hour operation.
