Overview

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level analysts to join a federal technology practice serving national security, defense, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. What You’ll Do

• Experiment with emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including generative AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing.
• Apply frameworks (for example, Agentic AI) to accelerate solution development and improve decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements) — applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to travel 25–50% preferred (varies by role and team).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic record (3.2+ cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution.
• Coursework or experience in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a growth mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

Confidential Client offers competitive pay and benefits. As required by local pay-transparency laws, the base pay range for positions filled in the following locations is: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland: $88,000–$92,000 USD per year.
