Overview
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level analysts to join a federal technology practice serving national security, defense, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. This role is designed for candidates with strong technical curiosity who want hands-on experience with AI, cloud-native development, and modern engineering methods while supporting mission-driven government programs.
What You’ll Do
- Experiment with emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including generative AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing.
- Apply frameworks (for example, Agentic AI) to accelerate solution development and improve decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Support design and delivery of systems, dashboards, and process automation.
- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas such as digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI.
- Use creativity and structured thinking to prototype, iterate, and deliver measurable value to federal clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong academic record (3.2+ cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution.
- Coursework or experience in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
Confidential Client offers competitive pay and benefits. As required by local pay-transparency laws, the base pay range for positions filled in the following locations is: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland: $88,000–$92,000 USD per year.
