What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality pitch books, deal books, presentation templates, covers and marketing collateral using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Create clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and motion-enabled slides to support internal banking/client pitches.
• Design and trace logos, maps, illustrations and infographics to meet project specifications and branding standards.
• Provide brand guidance and ensure all deliverables conform to established style guides.
• Coordinate with workflow staff and internal clients to clarify instructions, timelines and deliverables.
• Perform quality control on your own work and assist colleagues with QC tasks to maintain high production standards.
• Complete administrative tasks related to billing, job tracking and intake coordination.
• Mentor new team members after training and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Support occasional requests for motion graphics and asset optimization for client presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office for presentation design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or other motion tools is a plus.
• Experience producing infographics, logos, maps and presentation templates in a corporate/banking or professional services environment.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field — entry-level candidates with relevant design education will be considered.
• Familiarity with MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, or Blender is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, good time-management skills, and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Location & Compensation

• Work location: Getzville, NY (University at Buffalo area) — on-site or hybrid per client needs.
• Estimated pay: $47,170 per year (estimated). Where local pay-transparency laws apply, this reflects the posting’s provided estimate.
