Power BI Data Analyst
Confidential Client is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst with over 4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. The role involves translating complex business requirements into actionable data visualizations, optimizing data models, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do
This opportunity is for an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build and maintain reports and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into clear analytics solutions
- Model and transform raw data for reporting and visualization
- Troubleshoot performance issues in reports and data models
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights
- Document reporting logic, data lineage, and user guidance
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who combine hands-on Power BI expertise with strong analytical thinking and effective communication.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analysis or BI reporting
- Proven Power BI experience (report building, DAX, data modeling)
- Strong attention to detail and data quality focus
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing report performance
Nice-to-Have
- SQL experience for data validation and source queries
- Prior exposure to enterprise data warehouses or ETL processes
- Background working in Information Technology or related client environments
Location & Work Model
This role is based in Boardman, OR. Local candidates are strongly preferred. If remote or hybrid options are available, those details will be shared during the interview process.
