Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a PMO Analyst in Bethesda, MD to support government and intelligence programs. This is a full-time, on-site position (position contingent upon award). The role focuses on tracking program deliverables, maintaining PMO and SDLC documentation, supporting business process analysis, and ensuring IT lifecycle artifacts remain current. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with any additional security screenings.


What You’ll Do

  • Track, monitor, and report status of program deliverables and milestones.
  • Ensure data currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts.
  • Maintain and expand a centralized PMO document library and reusable project templates.
  • Support program- and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, and improvements.
  • Translate business processes into workflows, dashboards, and actionable reports.
  • Update and maintain IT lifecycle documentation for both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards.
  • Provide oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management procedures.
  • Support internal communications and market research related to program activities.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required; candidates must be able to pass any additional security screenings.
  • Proven ability to organize complex program information, maintain high-quality documentation, and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Education & experience (minimum combinations by level):

  • Entry Level:
    • HS/GED + 6 years experience, or
    • Associate’s + 4 years experience, or
    • Bachelor’s + 2 years experience, or
    • Master’s degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)
  • Journeyman Level:
    • HS/GED + 8 years experience, or
    • Associate’s + 6 years experience, or
    • Bachelor’s + 4 years experience, or
    • Master’s + 2 years experience
  • Senior Level:
    • HS/GED + 10 years experience, or
    • Associate’s + 8 years experience, or
    • Bachelor’s + 6 years experience, or
    • Master’s + 4 years experience, or
    • PhD + 2 years experience
  • Expert / Master Level:
    • HS/GED + 12 years experience, or
    • Associate’s + 10 years experience, or
    • Bachelor’s + 8 years experience, or
    • Master’s + 6 years experience, or
    • PhD + 4 years experience

Compensation & Location

  • Estimated salary: $103,350 per year (estimated).
  • Employment type: Full-time, On-site.
  • Location: Bethesda, MD (National Capital Region). Position is contingent upon award.
