What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered acute care physical therapy. This role focuses on inpatient evaluation, treatment, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery across the continuum of care.

• Provide evaluations and skilled treatment interventions within the scope of practice and professional standards
• Assess and document therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and contribute to individualized plans of care
• Deliver purposeful therapeutic care consistent with the physician’s plan of care, including interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safe mobility techniques, use of assistive devices and home programs
• Prioritize caseloads, communicate handoffs effectively, and coordinate with nursing and medical teams for safe, timely care
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (minimum) — advanced degrees or relevant clinical certifications are a plus
• Active Nevada state licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy required
• One to two years of hospital or acute care experience preferred; entry-level graduates will be considered
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently on PRN schedule
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and professional ethics

Compensation

• Hourly pay estimate: $69.26 per hour (estimate provided by the source; actual pay may vary based on experience, shift, and site)
• Estimated annual equivalent (for reference only): ~$91,473 per year

Pay is dependent on experience, credentials, site-specific factors, and applicable policies of Confidential Client.
