Confidential Client is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience for an outpatient ambulatory role in Brookline, MA. This position focuses on pelvic health patient care across the lifespan in an academic medical setting, offering clinical growth, continuing education support, and a competitive pay range.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pelvic health physical therapy care for patients of all genders, assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to maximize function.
• Manage an assigned outpatient caseload and document care accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate clinical competency for case types in the assigned area; apply sound clinical decision-making.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams (rehab clinicians, providers, physicians) to ensure effective therapy plans.
• Assist with triage, referrals, admissions, and discharges as needed.
• Supervise and support aides and students; contribute to training and educational activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees to support policy, practice standards, and program development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, internal education, and external continuing education with financial support when available.
• Perform other duties as assigned that support patient care and department goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program required (Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Pelvic health clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory/outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work with patients ages ~15 through geriatric, with most caseloads 18–65 years.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse patient populations and families.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and analytical skills for managing varied caseloads.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (up to 95%); lift/transfer/position patients and equipment (10%–50%); transport patients (up to 10%).
• Demonstrated competency in examination/evaluation and age-appropriate treatment per practice standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $90,084.80 – $119,787.20 per year (base pay estimate; final offer considers experience, education, and certifications).

• Onsite outpatient role; scheduled weekly hours: 40; day shift; regular employee status.

• Work in clinical/hospital environments with potential exposure to blood/body fluids and communicable diseases.
• Physical demands include lifting and patient handling; proper body mechanics and safety procedures required.

• Responsible for accurate patient charge entry and appropriate management of department equipment.
