What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with neuro-rehab experience to join their Eastside Neuro Rehab ambulatory team in Grandview Heights, OH. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients referred by providers, develop and implement individualized plans of care, supervise PTAs/techs when appropriate, document progress, and participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care (90–100%): evaluate, treat, reassess, and document.
- Develop and adjust individualized plans of care using evidence-based neuro rehab approaches.
- Supervise and collaborate with physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, nurses, case managers, and physicians.
- Instruct patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and recommended durable medical equipment.
- Participate in department quality-improvement activities and meetings.
- Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor for PT/PTA students and newly hired clinicians.
- Maintain productivity expectations and accurate medical record documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Physical Therapy or entry-level degree required.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (required).
- CPR certification recognized by the American Heart Association.
- Basic computer skills for clinical documentation.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome if there is at least one veteran Physical Therapist on-site to mentor; otherwise, a minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment type: Full-time.

- Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
- Estimated salary (source): $65,415 per year (estimated).
