Role & Responsibilities

The Confidential Client is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at a managed clinic. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career PT who is motivated to help patients achieve measurable functional goals.

• Assess each patient and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modify plans based on patient progress
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries tied to identified goals
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation, comply with clinic policies, and meet regulatory standards
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Current certification in Physical Therapy and an active license to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)
• This posting is open to entry-level Physical Therapists
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and professional standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary (per source): $122,102 per year (estimated)
• Sign-on bonus available
• Full-time position with benefits as offered by the Confidential Client (details provided during the hiring process)
