Role & Responsibilities
The Confidential Client is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at a managed clinic. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career PT who is motivated to help patients achieve measurable functional goals.
- Assess each patient and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modify plans based on patient progress
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries tied to identified goals
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation, comply with clinic policies, and meet regulatory standards
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Current certification in Physical Therapy and an active license to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary (per source): $122,102 per year (estimated)
- Sign-on bonus available
- Full-time position with benefits as offered by the Confidential Client (details provided during the hiring process)

- Location: Hershey Heights, PA (on-site clinical role)
- Employment type: Full-Time
- Must be able to work in the United States and hold/obtain any required state licensure
