What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a New Jersey-licensed Physical Therapist to join a busy, multi-location outpatient practice in East Orange, NJ. You will manage a high-volume, shared-treatment outpatient caseload treating orthopedic, neurological, and mixed patient populations.

• Evaluate patients across orthopedic, neurological, and mixed populations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment and goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and patient rehabilitation interventions
• Perform musculoskeletal assessments and manual therapy techniques
• Accurately document clinical care and progress in patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and the interdisciplinary care team
• Manage time efficiently in a high-volume outpatient setting with shared treatment sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level to early-career physical therapists encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in physical therapy (or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (required)
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient rehabilitation
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment with shared treatment sessions

Compensation & Compliance

• Estimated pay (from source): $48,497 per year (estimated)
